Zachary Strebeck, Attorney at Law collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you, as part of the www.strebecklaw.com website (the “Service”).

Information shared with me by others: If you use the calendar scheduling tool on the Service provided by Zoom, they will share certain personal information that you enter into the Zoom service with me. You can view their privacy policy here.

How long your Personal Information will be kept: I will keep your personal information for the length of time required to provide you with the Service, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Afterwards, I will delete all personal information in my possession within a reasonable timeframe. I do not verify the correctness of personal data that I collect or you provide.
Please note that some data may be retained if necessary to resolve disputes, enforce my agreements, and comply with technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity, and operation of the Service, or where required by legal ethics rules.
Children’s Privacy: I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
Remarketing: The Service uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to previous visitors to our Service. This means that we may advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on the Service. For example, using the contact form but not completing the contact process.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and tracking pixels to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Service. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and that third-party vendor’s privacy policy.

My business is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of your information in and to the United States, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policies of third parties with whom I share your personal information. The laws of the U.S. and other countries governing data collection and use may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws of the country where you live.
